- Scroll to the last item.
- Hold down the [Shift] key.
- Click on the last item.
All items will be highlighted (selected). To Select Multiple Items: - Click on the first item you want.
- Scroll to another item.
- Hold down the [Ctrl] key.
- Click the item.
Both items will be highlighted (selected). Select as many items as you want using this process. | | To Reduce Scrolling in Long Lists | | This works for any field that has an extensive list of selections. It is particularly helpful for the Subject and Instructor fields. To avoid scrolling down a long list to find your desired selection: - Click in the list box itself.
- Type the first letter of the selection you want. For example, in the Subject list type "J" if you want Journalism. This will take you to the "J" Subjects; you will be able to find Journalism by arrowing or scrolling down just a little further.
| | To Select ALL Subjects or Several Subjects for your Search | To select ALL Subjects: - Click on the first Subject.
- Scroll to the last Subject.
- Hold down the [Shift] key.

All Subjects will be highlighted (selected). To select Multiple Subjects: - Click on a Subject you want.
- Scroll to another Subject.
- Hold down the [Ctrl] key.
- Click the Subject.
Both Subjects will be highlighted (selected). Select as many subjects as you want using this process. | Student Self Service Help
