Payment Reminders

  • Your registration is subject to cancellation and a $100 Late Payment Fee will be assessed if you have not satisfied fee payment requirements by the Bursar's Fee Payment Deadline. Unless your financial aid, scholarship, or sponsorship covers 100% of your enrollment fees, you must pay a minimum of 50% of the remaining balance due after awards are applied.

  • If you register but then decide not to attend, you must withdraw from all classes on prior to the first day of classes to ensure that you will not owe fees.

  • Do not wait for the University to delete your registration due to nonpayment. You are responsible for your own enrollment status.

  • For specific fee payment requirements, deadlines, how much to pay, Installment Payment Plan Guidelines, Refund of Enrollment Fees, etc., visit the Bursar's website.

  • Non-Attendance - You will not be dropped from your classes for failure to attend. If you register but decide not to attend, you MUST withdraw online before the beginning of classes for the term to avoid owing significant fees, receiving "F" grades, and being liable for repayment of financial aid funds. You should attend classes and be sure that your attendance is recorded by your teachers the first week of classes.

  • Withdrawals by Students Receiving Financial Aid - Dropping your last course (totally withdrawing) after the first day of class and before 60% of the term has been completed will reduce your aid eligibility and may result in your having to REPAY FUNDS to the University. Dropping courses may impact Hope Scholarship eligibility.
