Enrollment Statistics

From Summer 2004 through the Present

Note:
Spring 2008 Enrollment Statistics are not available here; these are available from Institutional Research.

You must use Internet Explorer. You will need Hyperion Intelligence Client to view these Enrollment Summaries; if you do not have it, you will be taken through a Hyperion installation process after you click on "Enrollment Summaries" below.

To view Registration, Credit Hour, and Payment figures for the Summer 2004 and later terms:

1. Click on Enrollment Summaries.
   
   
2. Select the desired Term from the drop-down box.
   
   
3. The Date box appears. Select the desired report Date from the drop-down box.
   
   
4. The Report buttons appear. Click on the desired Report button. That report is displayed. The report buttons remain; you may toggle among the three reports for the selected Term/Date.
   
   

   Note: If your Hyperion buttons and menu items do not work, try this work-around.

   
   
5. If you wish to print a report, use the print button that appears above the "EIS" bar; do not use the browser's print button:
   
   

When you have finished viewing reports and wish to exit the Enrollment Summaries altogether:

1. Exit your browser: (1) Click on the "X" in the upper righthand corner of the browser window or (2) Select "Close" from the browser's "File" menu.
   
   Do not click on the word "EXIT" that appears on the Enrollment Statistics screen. The Hyperion software has a bug in it which is preventing its exit feature from working properly. You will receive an "error reading file" message and your system may even stall if you use the Hyperion exit link. The vendor is working on the problem.
   
   
2. After you close the window, this window will appear:
   
   
   
   
3. Click "NO".
